Woke today about 3p. I didn't get to sleep until about 4-5a. It's about 88 degrees out. Not bad. Should be nice through the weekend as well. Next week it will get up in the mid to high 90's. Ugh! Yellow air alert today. Not good to be out for those who have breathing issues. I don't go out much during fire season because I can get bronchitis very easily from smoke in the air. Makes me very sick. I guess Clay(Cami's boyfriend) had had several seizures yesterday and was having "lung and heart problems". Whatever that means. This is why he had gone to the hospital. He has been having these for years. He used to go to the hospital about on a monthly basis. Poor guy! He doesn't take care of himself. Cami and Josh are on their devices downstairs. Life is good when they are getting along. He was staying up late but is now getting to bed about 8 or 9 ish and getting up about the same. Sometimes alittle later on both. Which is good. It will be easier to get him back on track for school this way. Ooh, gross!! I was getting up to go to the bathroom and saw a cockroach running across the floor. I called maintenance but they won't be out until Monday. Not open on Fridays. Ugh! And I sleep on the floor on a mattress. I'm sure where there is one there are more. Oooh! Watching the trailers of the next episode of Hell on Wheels. It should be a good one. Bohannen is back and things are all stirred up. He decided to let his family go with the man she had chosen in his absence. Sort of a sad good bye but oh what he had in store for himself when he got back to Hell on Wheels. The other night I was watching Death Files and had an opethemy. A great idea for my Erin Jade storyline. So I am thrilled with that happening. I have had this character in my head since I was about 14. Fifty years! And she has changed and grown all those years. But I didn't have any guts to the story. Now I do. It all makes sense to me. I am so excited about this. When I get in the mood I am going to start writing a manuscript. This is a very scary thing for me. Why? Because I carry around these characters of my books in my head like they are my babies. And we know how difficult it is to let our babies go out into the world. For me it is next to impossible. I think I even cause myself problems in writing up a manuscript because I don't want to let them go. I have only one finished manuscript(His Mountains). It is on a short story that meant alot to me. It isn't published and I would like a better ending. So there ya have it. I have Erin Jade, Grey Silk and one other one that I know pretty much how they will go(it's all in my head) but I haven't put them in manuscript form yet. I guess I need to set up a goal for myself. To get one done before the end of this year. Then another next year and onward until I have them all written out. East Black Creeks Road. A fire that burned a car and a building. Ugh! A cadaver dog is being used to try to find the body of the little two year old that went missing over a year ago in the Lemhi County area in Idaho. He and his parents were up there camping and the little boy just disappeared. Fireworks stands setting all over Boise and the Fire Marshal is out making sure everything is legal. Experts are saying that the flu spray is not working and they aren't sure why. Children need to get the shot, not the nasal spray. Interesting. Odds are that Britain will stay in the U. I think I am glad. I am a traditionalist for the most part. I dont' know what would be best but experts are saying families would be poorer outside of Europe.
