Have to Go, Bells Are Ringing

I am trying to finish my notifications when I heard the continuous ringing of bells in a nearby church, almost a kilometer from us.
So my concentration on myLot was cut, reminding me it is a Sunday today, and I always wanted to attend the first Mass because the cloistered nuns are the ones singing the hymns. I love their soft voices, making the church service very solemn.
I always sit at an area where I can see them (if I could), but they were in a separate closed area no one can see.
See you later, friends. Have to thank God for all the blessings for my family, friends, and relatives. Praying also for those who had gone through man-made and natural disasters, and those who are sick.

Happy day to you! I responded late in here. I hope you had a great Sunday. It is good to go to the church during Sundays and give all our focus to our God who take good care of us and generously keep on giving blessings to us despite our flaws.

@acelawrites Actually we can pray anywhere and anytime. But I think that praying inside the church is still the best. I also do not go to church if I am not feeling well. Sometimes, I just watch a mass in the TV. They said there is a mass in radio too but I haven't tried it yet.

Thanks, though it is late, I still appreciate it very much. Yes, I find it nice to visit the church on Sundays whenever I can; though at times I do not force myself if I am not feeling well.

I went to the second Mass myself at 10 a.m. we have a secular choir but I do enjoy their singing.

I can hear the bells ringing too in the church in our city. But I hear mass in the late afternoon today for I do the laundry in the morning.

I don't know, it sounded as if it is calling me! ha ha ha! So I felt a little guilt in me, thinking I have to thank God for all the blessings we received.

@acelawrites well, if it is an obligation, then all the faithful should go to church every Sunday. but it is our way of giving thanks and praise to Him

Did you end up going to church? I live about 3 blocks away from a church and you juts can't help but know it's Sunday - several times a day. Almost to the point where it's annoying (OK, probably past that point. They're so loud and played so often!) Hope you are having a good Sunday.

This church near us only have masses at 6 a.m. daily, and several times on Sundays. Yes I went there. Then went to my siblings homes to visit them.
