Just finished baking some bread. I started out with the little buns. I do have two more loaves to cook later on. I like the aroma of the fresh cooked bread. Makes me wish to have my own bakery. I constantly try to make my bread less heavy every time, even if my family tells me they real good. I always try to do my own best. In the Summer time, the heat gets to me, my legs are loosing it A little, I get tired legs. In the meantime I did enjoy succeeding my little buns.

Well, you let them rise once, and then punch the dough down once, and wait a good half an hour, and then cook it.

That looks really good and it made me hungry. I should go find something to eat. I used to make bread and other baked goods but not anymore. Good for you to make it for your family.

I adore home-made bread, but I've never learned to succeed at it. The only time I made bread, it was so salty and heavy, we couldn't eat it. I later realized I was supposed to use plain flour instead of self-rising!
