One of the biggest problem of out country is slow and overpriced internet. To make it worst many of our telcoms decided to have data cap. Many Filipinos mourned when the deal with Telsra didnt push through.
There is a New ISP in our country but it is not yet available nationwide but you can ask them if they were available in your area.
Converge ICT have a lot of positive reviews but sadly for now their services are limited to some areas and you have to pay them 45 thousand pesos if their service is not available in your area.
If their service is available in Your area, Their services have better connection than PLDT and they have no data cap.
Their Unlimited prepaid surfing for a whole day is 20 pesos and it has no data cap.
Their post paid 8 mpbs internet is 988 pesos per month and their 100 mbps internet is 1500 pesos. I am sad they were not yet available in my area.

@CaptAlbertWhisker 1500 pesos (about 32 $) for 100 mbps Internet is not very expensive, we pay about 45$. A package for 300 mps speed costs 100$ a month.

@LadyDuck Most ISP's here charges 30 dollars for a month of 1 mbps internet with data cap. Decent connection is over priced here.
