Jakarta, the capital of the Indonesian state. Jakarta is famous for traffic jams, No day without getting stuck, somehow jakarta so alluring for wage earners who are outside the Jakarta area, many of the breadwinner who annually come in droves to Jakarta, whether it's from around the islands of Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra , Sulawesi, even from the islands of Papua exists. Perhaps this is what makes the city of Jakarta is getting bogged down, especially in the working days and hours of office hours, however it is of interest each year in the city of Jakarta, namely on the day of Eid Al-Fitr or Lebaran. On that day jakarta be deserted and quiet, almost the average population of the city of Jakarta did return home alias homecoming. At the time it was jakarta be deserted, a phenomenon that would never happen in any country other than in Jakarta, Indonesia. That's my hometown and my beloved country. How about you..?? Did you ever to jakarta .. ?? How did you experience during dijakarta .. ?? I love Jakarta.

I have never visited Indonesia and I have not seen Jakarta. All the major cities have traffic jams problems. The authorities should do more to improve the public transport.

@LadyDuck you are right .. here too many traffic accidents that occurred, whether it was the fault of the road users themselves or the fault of the police authorities, but that fact can not deny .. I'm very concerned about it .. sad ..

wah very unfortunate because you have not seen it in person ... yes, I think it's like that, every major city has always had its own congestion problems myself .. but I think jakarta have a problem that is more complex than any other major city, terumata on population problems and public transport they.

To solve the traffic jam problem in Jakarta the authority must build an well designed and extensive MRT system quickly. It needs also to be operated and maintained effectively and efficiently. Coupled with that the bus system needs to be revamped as well so that it's efficiently run.

Our government's plans in that direction already, only to realize that there are still many obstacles, including the residents of Jakarta area itself .. hopefully the future of this project can proceed smoothly ... hehehe

Haven't been in Jakarta. But whenever Eid Al-Fitr happens, it's always a non working holiday here in our country so as to give way for our Muslim brothers and sisters.
