Geez . . . any one of those rooms in those houses are probably bigger than our entire house ! Well, they certainly are beautiful - I would pick any one of those. But paying for it - yikes - the 7 figure price tag is "a tad " over what we could ever afford. So which one are YOU going to buy?

None of them. The housecleaning alone would kill me.

@RichardMeister That's true, I wouldn't want a big gigantic house to clean - this small one is tough enough with 2 messy kiddos. I suppose if one could afford such a house, they could afford a maid at that point . . . but I don't like the idea of a maid cleaning my stuff.

@much2say I'd think they would almost need a maid.

@TiarasOceanView Yes, dream is about right. But on the other hand, how would you like to do the house cleaning in one of those monsters?

I don't cold weather. California is pretty expensive. I'm in Miami Florida nad not sure if I would move away from Miami. A visit to California probably wouldn't be bad. Lovely homes perhaps but one can find cheaper homes elsewhere.

Thanks for the giggle. You forgot to mention the excellent bus system and how close Spokane is to the lovely Rocky mountains.

@RichardMeister My hubby's late Mom lived in a snazzy part of Spokane. A friend with his used bookstore lived in Hillyard. What a difference!

Yes, I did forget that. And also of the 100 lakes in the area as well as the skiing.

Most homes in California can be sold and turned into palaces in other states and cities.
