Modern world is busy and speedy world . Old things gives way for new things and innovations. Fashion trends are always changeable .Whether it is to home , floor tiles, car, dress style,mobile phones, software and hair style trends quickly changes to time to time. A policy of 'use and throw ' is also increasing. Do you prefer new updates to your belongings or like to keep it as ' Old is Gold' Do you prefer a new car or vintage car.

I don't take too much notice of staying up-to-date. I was probably more concerned when I was younger.

@shshiju I wouldn't be looking to be too modern. I'd choose mostly according to price although I'd want new things to look nice as well.

I think it depends on what it is. I prefer an updated car, though I'm still waiting on that one. I do like the older styles of clothes. I'm not enthused over today's styles. So it all depends on what it is.

I always like updated things . I like modern designs not old designs specially in houses . I love seeing modern houses in magazines than old ones .

I only replace what needs to be replaced.. not just for the sake of staying up to date. I don't care if my gadgets are outdated as long as they work.

The only things I like updated are my computers, iPad, iPhone, kindle. The rest like clothing I like to keep it the way it is classic the only time I change or buy new clothes when they are not wearable anymore.

I am an environmentalist and do not want to buy clothes frequently then just throw the old ones away; I pass it on to relatives or to people who wanted it; for cars, vintage are the best and costs high now, but consider the motor performance of new models which could be the best.

It's a good deed that you give your unfit clothes to others. More than fashion needed one actually requires it. Maintenance of vintage car is not easy to everyone.

That's nice concept. Many people change their things just because it is old. If it is beautiful and well working , there is no need for change.

Usually I like to update my things but I also love vintage, antique old things so it's a mix of both.

People like to update . But majority love the antiques and old furniture, vintage as valuable.
