Just read a post by @Jabo about someone commenting about how one gets the top rated position. Rather than speculate and come to rude conclusions, it is best they visit the profiles of those who reach there and see their 'responses' tab. There you will see how diligently they go about responding. Unless one responds no one will come to your post.

One needs to be consistent to get where you are. I wish they took some time off and visited your 'responses' tab and see for themselves what the secret of getting the top rated position here.

@allknowing The person wasn't getting at me particularly (at least I don't think so), he was just making a general observation which I found distasteful.

That gives the full total but the response tab has details of responses given to posts.

That's the only way people will do well here is interacting on post. If they don't do that then they won't see any traffic to their post and that's where the complaints are.It works both ways.
