I feel like today is not my day! / myLot

I arrived at the usual time at the library and was given a place at one of the computers, but I haven’t been able to do much due to the outside light coming through the window. I don´t like this spot I´m in today. I haven´t even been able to enjoy a bit of time here. I´m not going home either. I will try to get another spot and do some work today. Have you ever felt that things are not functioning as expected on a given day?

Hi, Oh yes, there will be days like that and I believe we all have them from time to time. I hope you can get another spot so you can enjoy your time on the computer.

Thanks! That is what I did a while ago and I´ve been assigned to another room and computer. I´m now going to do what I couldn´t do earlier.

Oh yes it has happened to me but hasn't happened for quite a long time now. There are just days that bad things happen one after another.
