Good morning.Is everyone back to norma?
Early yesterday morning,as I mentioned before went out a trail walk and a hike.
I have been feeling good with the exception of my neck now and then.
Before I left.Got myself hydrated.I told you of my blood count was up a week ago or so.Had some energy and been drinking lots of water to get going.
The trail was over two miles long.Round trip.
Just got beep to tell me that Venus Williams Advances to the to the semi final
for the first time.Since 2010.I feel so happy with her.If she continued to advance and set up a meeting with Serena.Like the old days.This should be something to watch.Congrats.Venus you deserves it.
I feel positive on this.
Have a great day.Back to tennis.

I like to see people follow the tennis ball from side to side of the tennis court. The first throw out of the tennis ball is one of my favorites.

I am not into tennis. I do watch car racing. More action.
I do want to find some trials here to walk along.
