Exercise!

What kind of exercises or workouts do you do? I make sure to walk/jog for thirty minutes at least three times a week and 30 minutes of yoga twice a week. I just started lifting weight three times a week with my boyfriend. Throughout the day I do other random exercises as well like jump rope, high knees, bridges, kickbacks, donkey kicks, etc. Not to mention I clean houses for a living right now and there is a lot of stairs and carrying heavy stuff up and down them.

I mostly work on cardio. I've thought about trying out yoga sometime...

You should give yoga a try. It is very relaxing and it is more of a workout than people think. It takes a lot of control to do and hold some of the poses. Some of the poses are really good for weight loss and toning up your muscles especially the core.

Walking. But my daughter got Just Dance 2 for Christmas, so maybe I'll join her!

All this is very laudable. I certainly don't do enough but I hate sportive exercises.

I walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and I use Dumbbells for my arms. I still need to find time to play tennis as its good workout.

I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week now that it is summer and my goal is at least 45 minutes of cardio. I haven't added weights yet. I also do yoga a couple of times a week.

I walk every morning without fail for 45 minutes to an hour and am a brisk walker.
