I feel hungry! Progress!

I have had to make a change in my mindset about eating. I feel hungry all the time. My stomach only holds 10 ounces comfortably due to the stomach surgery in 2001. I gained 70 of my 150 pound loss over the years by snacking to relieve my hunger. I've lost nearly 40 pounds over the last year. It's by seeing my hunger as a positive sign of fat leaving my body. I have to remind myself of this because it's easy to give in to hunger and gain. I'm exercising in the bed, and I walk around with my walker. I will weigh in about 2 weeks and hope for a good loss.

Maybe if you put yourself on a certain scheduling. Eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. Looking forward to, being mindful of the food, chewing each bite well, eating on a smaller plate, etc. all could help you not be so hungry all of the time.
