Building up Works Better

Instead of people trying to tear others down. What about trying to build up? Everyone has their own talents and gifts and that's alright. There's no need for envy. We're all blessed with something that can "shine." It's unfortunate when people are more in tuned with what others are or aren't doing and their wasting time and not focusing on polishing up their craft.
There will always be someone who does something better than the other but that doesn't mean that people are capable of doing something well. If we focus on the positive and instead of the negatives then we'll be better off. Allow people to let their light shine.Utilize those gifts and see the results. Everyone has a talent. Find the talent and allow the "prosper."

It's a shame some people feel they have to spend so much time worrying about what others are doing instead of concerning themselves with their own business

staying positive, despite the circumstances is a good way to overcome the obstacles that are put on ones way.
