Friends are a great gift of life.

Best Friends
July 11, 2016 2:15am CST
Hey! Friends, to me friendship is the best ever relation that we can make after we come to this world. It is one of the greatest gifts of life. Very truly said, "Friendship is not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything". Friends, what friendship means to you? Is it a sweet responsibility, or an opportunity or just someone to hang around?

Friendship for me is something valuable. It is not just to have someone to hang around or just an opportunity. Having friends (beyond from an ordinary friend) they know who you are, they accepted who you are and they are there to support and help you in need. They are just like a third family to your life. (it can be second) They are not blood related brothers and sister to encourage to build your strengths and fill up the lacks in your weakness.

Yes, I do feel the same, but there are some people who use friendship as an opportunity or just a time pass, I feel sorry for them because they don't know what they are missing in life.

@HappyChubby Good to hear that you too accept friendship as an asset which is beyond any value.

@Manishankarroy I could agree with you, it is so sad that they would not be able to see the value behind the friendship they have.

Honestly the way my life is going i am not even sure what friendship is anymore. I only have 3 actual friends and a couple is a pending to see situation. I seem to be the worst person in the world because everyone turns their back on me and try to turn others at the same time.

@Manishankarroy There is a point in your life where you realize your friends arent actually friends. I have found out from true friends what others (that i thought was friends) thought and said about me. But there is a time in our lives we just got to let go and move on. Some people arent even worth the trouble.

@Absinto I don't know the exact situation, but did you speak your friend directly to clarify. I think you both should have a discussion.

Friends are very important in our lives. They can make such a difference to us and if we're a good friend, we can help others in many ways.

Good friends are hard to find. But if ever we find a real, true friend, we should cherish our friendship. Friendship lasts forever if it is real.
