The recipe and photo of this cake was floating around Facebook for several days. I could not resist saving the recipe. My husband and I both enjoy a good Pineapple Upside Down Cake but making one in a 13 x 9 pan and then turning it over onto a platter of some kind was always tricky.
When I saw this recipe, made in a Bundt Pan, I thought - OK, this will be much easier! I decided today was the day so off to the kitchen I went. I was very hesitant when it was time to turn the cake out - but thank goodness it came out perfect!
Note: It says to following the baking time on the cake mix pack. I found that mine took almost 45 minutes to bake. Just use the time on the pack a a guide and you should be OK.

@AbbyGreenhill yeah half of the time, the top stays in the bumpy parts! I wonder if the silicon mold pans would release easier

@Jessicalynnt My bundt pan is non-stick and I've never had a problem getting cake out - but this cake literally slide out w/o stopping!
