Mylotting to Delta Wave Music

I cannot sleep yet. I get tired, but not sleepy. So while I write this post is am listening to some delta wave sleep music. Maybe it will get into my brain and let me get some good sleep.
I usually stay awake until I see dawn breaking in the sky and then I fall asleep until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. It's just the way I'm wired, I guess. I was a night worker most of my nursing career. That may have trained my brain to sleep the way I do. I just tend to nap, but come morning I am hard and fast asleep.

I'm enjoying the music and the white noise that floats in and out. I'm tired but not sleepy enough yet to put this tablet down for the night.

I do about the same thing. I sleep in a sort of cycle. Different hours for a few weeks and then it changes. Hope you get a good stretch of sleep.

yeah, your body clock has changed because of your work.
I cannot imagine working in the middle of the night at all. I am not a night owl and I couldn't stand not sleeping at night.
