Look At This Cute Little Face

Who can resist a face like this? Sammy, our little Pekingese, is the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever had. All he has to do is look at us with that sweet little face and those soulful eyes and we melt. We go Sammy about 7 years ago from a friend who found out that he had inoperable lung cancer. He had gotten Sammy a month before and fell in love with him. He wanted to make sure he was taken care of so he asked us to take him in as our own. He had been a joy to live with. He loves both my husband and myself unconditionally, as we do him. He is very social, he doesn't know a stranger. The best thing we ever did was take him in. I hate the reason we have him but I am so glad we do.

Sammy is adorable and even though you took him because of a friends health the man wanted to make sure that Sammy had a good and loving home. I love dogs that are social and never have met a stranger.

@JudyEv we were delighted when he asked us to take Sammy. We were equally unhappy as to the reason. I am sure he is pleased at the life his little buddy has spent with us.
