I couldn't see clearly with my right eyei

I was surprised when I tried to read that I could not see anything with my right eye. I mean the letters are blurred when I read it on normal distance. So i have to read with the book away enough so the letters would be more clear but not too far or the letters would be too small to read. I wish i don't have any medical condition besides the vision the problem itself. That's what only I'm worried about that it might be brought by other medical condition.
