Is Saying Sorry Difficult?

They say the word "sorry" is the hardest thing one can say. Saying it may not ease the pain caused nor change the course of action you did but considering that it is the least thing you can do sincerely to someone you have displeased or hurt, why will it be difficult to say then? We may hurt people in different ways either by our words or actions. These same people may react in different ways as well. They can choose to retaliate, walk away or confront their issues. However one chooses, saying the magic word may spell out the difference, unless you did cause the hurt or mistake intentionally.

Yeah well I feel saying sorry is not difficult even if the mistake is not yours. It is all about priorities. If you value your relationship more you will say sorry to save it. :)

I don't think saying sorry is difficult. If I've done or said something wrong I'll say sorry to whoever I've wronged as soon as I see I'm wrong. The only time saying sorry is difficult is if you're the sort of person that doesn't want to admit to or own up to your mistakes. If you've done wrong just say you're sorry...and mean it.

For some reasons and for some people I know, it is not easy for them to say sorry.
