My friend has bought a small,two-roomed house. It is located at the edge of a ground a little away from the main road. The house has been closed for years. Now it is surrounded by wild grass.
Yesterday my friend invited me to see the house that is in a precarious condition. With the passage of time the walls of the house have developed yawning cracks which clearly shows the owner's cavalier approach for the protection of the house.
I said to my friend,'I'm afraid, you've wasted your money. What will you do with this house?'
He smiled and replied,' Do you see that cow track there?Every morning hundreds of labourers from nearby villages pour into our town to earn their living. They follow that cow track to reach our town.First of all they travel two kilometres to reach the market where they have their tea and a little refreshment before starting their work.I would transform this house into a small eatery and a tea stall so that they may take their tea here.I promise you, within a year I would easily make twice the amount I have spent in buying the house.'
I think,he's right. He is the son of a businessman and knows how to earn money.I have to learn a lot from him.

the only sad thing here is, if some money had been spent on taking care of it, it might not have been in such bad shape. who knows, maybe he needs some help getting it ready and you will have a chance to make a few more pennies

@Jessicalynnt Problem is that I can't bunk my office.By the time my office is over, labourers leave for their homes.
