If you are having trouble sleeping then there are ways to get the sleep. For example some of the sounds can help you with sleep.
I just tried delta waves for the sleep and for me it just worked. You can also use alpha, beta or theta depending on how your sleep pattern is affected.
Most of those who are suffering from insomnia can make use of such sounds. And it just works for some reason. I'd continue to use it till the point where it just works. I wonder if mylotters have tried white noise or binaural waves.

I have insomnia. I tried to download app with nature sounds. Sometimes they are effective.

Yes, I have used them in the past-the reason I don't use them anymore is because...my headphones kinda suck and distort them to the point they are really no longer binaural by definition;).

I can sleep well, but wakes up several times, so I think binaural waves can help too to make me sleep soundly.Yes, I opened it, and I love the sound of ocean waves much.

Usually I fall asleep within half an hour after reading some news on the mobile phone or listening to some news or stories. It helps a lot in my sleep. A good sleep helps us a lot in the next day's work and study. So during working days I usually sleep earlier than the days I have a rest.
