Are you shy type or just a private person?

Some people use their face for their profile picture. Some prefer to hide in their profile. Do you think those who hide are shy people or just want privacy? They don't want to be known how they really look like. People who use their actual face are confident to show to the world how they really look like.

I think this is because they want some privacy. At least I am this kind of person. I have many photos in my online photo album and everybody can see it. But I don't want to set my own photo as my profile picture because I don't want strangers to know my look.

@averygirl72,My friends say I as shy as a girl.May be they are right,because unlike them I don't have a girlfriend.But if I have not put my picture in my profile,it is because I presently don't have a nice photo of my own.

I like to write here without nosy people in my small town gossiping about what I write therefore with no photo of myself I can remain more anonymous if people from town do stumble on this site.
