I love sliced lemon and ice in my water. I keep lemon slices stored in the fridge at all times.
Ice water with lemon slices is so refreshing and a wonderful way to make sure you are hydrated. Did you know that lemon in your water helps you stay hydrated longer?
Also lemon adds that extra little zing to water to make it more palatable for those who are not typical water drinkers.
Lemons had an extra little plus when you add them to your water. It helps burn off fat cells.
Do you put lemon slices or wedges in your water?

Lemons are something that I use a lot of. Be sure to always wash the outside of a lemon before using it though.

@IreneVincent it is something many people don't think about, washing before using.

If eating lemons burned fat cells I would be very skinny. I eat lemons, I love them. PS - I'm far from skinny.

@AbbyGreenhill

I am far from skinny myself. I read o n one of the medical sites that it does help a little to shrink or burn fat cells. You couldn't prove it by me.

Yes, I like lemon in my water and I keep lemons at home. However, I don't ask for lemon slices at restaurants because I've HEARD that the lemons are not always washed before slicing. So BE CAREFUL.
