Wednesday Farmers Market makes me smile!

Many of those who have farm goods to share meet at a local spot on Wednesday now in a place considered the local farmers market. This is great for those who can't get to the Saturday market. This week there is enough time in my schedule to go and grab any goodies we don't have here. Usually we will see items offered that we could grown ourselves, but not everyone grows everything-so! We will certainly find something we need. Actually, it is more about encouraging and supporting local growers at times. What will they do with all of that produce if we don't buy it? The answer to that question here is, it gets donated. There is a group that will be sure the excess will be shared with those who could not buy.
