Well today I didn't traditionally work out with my Zumba or my T25. Instead my workout consisted of cleaning the house. I am very glad I got the app that can help me keep track of how many calories I burn during activities. I burned 895 calories while cleaning today. What sucks is that I missed lunch while cleaning and not enough food was made for dinner for everyone to eat and be satisfied. So I am sitting here pretty hungry trying to decide what to make or have my hubby bring home that won't destroy my progress. Sadly when I am this hungry I just want the unhealthy foods and I wish that weren't the case. I am happy about still being active today, but upset that the diet portion of my fitness plan has been so messed up today. I may do yoga later on because I can't go walking with my son. He has been way too misbehaved today. Any advice on what I should eat? I have 1500 calories I'm allowed to have for the rest of the day.

just take some green vegetables salad and some pasta to refill the energy you lost during cleaning the house unhealthy foods are sometimes good just to satisfy the cravings. how i wish i could be like you knows how to count calories on food.

I use an app called My Fitness Pal. You log all your meals and snacks on it and how much water you drink in a day. You can type in what you eat and find it in the data base or scan the barcode. After finding the food you can adjust the portion to match exactly what you ate and get an accurate amount of how many calories you ate. It will also log exercises for you but I use My Map Walk app to keep track of how many calories I burn during whatever activity I am doing. It is synced with my calorie counting app so it will let me know exctly how many calories I have left to eat at any time. These really help me.

Always better to have fruits. This will keep you fit for the whole day in such situation. you can even have boiled carrots with pepper and salt

I don't really know the caloric value of any foods. I guess fruit and vegetables would be best.

Anything vegetable based I suppose - like you I always crave the unhealthy stuff when I've let myself get too hungry
