Yes, indeed. I got paid by Hubpages after 4 months of waiting. Well, I actually didn't wait as this was just a passive income I got from the ads that were on my writing pages at Hubpages, my main writing site. I have 103 Hubs/ articles there, all featured and all with Amazon ads and Adsense. Those hubs were all written within 5 years being a member there. It's almost a year since I have written my last hub. I have already topics to write but then I have not enough time to write long articles. Maybe next month. The money is on my paypal account now and this will add to my travel saving for next year travel expenses to London. Have you heard about Hubpages? Are you writing there? Anyway, enjoy your last weekend of July. Thanks for reading.

I have heard of it. I am even a member there, though I haven't written anything because when I searched the site for payment information I couldn't find anything that told me how I would be paid.

You get paid via paypal, Valerie, when you reach fifty dollars. I've gotten payment twice in three years, but I figure that's great since I'm not active there currently. for me, it's passive income.

I have about 20 HUBs. Most of them are featured. Not all. Passive income is being earned. But I haven't been paid. Long time ago when I first started writing for HP, the pay was good. But then things changed and earning income from HUBs is not as easy as it used to be. Still! I'm grateful for every penny!

@lovebuglena - A few weeks back I was shocked to receive an eMail. Turns out that my HUBs were generating income. It took a long time to reach the $50 pay out but when I did reach it, HUBPages sent the payment. I didn't even have to request payment. It was such a nice surprise. Glad I did decided to leave my HUBs published. To be honest, HUBpages is the best site for those particular articles. I can't really imagine them at another site.

@cmoneyspinner Yep, they automatically send you payment, unlike what happened on Bubblews.

I've been on HubPages I believe since 2011, if not earlier. Have written 225 hubs on there. Not all of them have Amazon products on them. You can't just put Amazon products in every hub. They have to be related to the content of the hub. And now even if the products are relevant to the hub, they have to be those you have a personal experience with. So when you add an Amazon product to a hub, you have to write about it not just by including description of it you can find on Amazon, but say what you think of the product, how it helped you or affected you, etc. And now with the niche sites, it seems Amazon products are not even allowed there because some of my hubs that were moved to niche sites had the Amazon products removed. I haven't written anything new there in a while. Have to get back into it. But it's not the hub quantity that matters when it comes to earnings. There are people that have way less hubs than me and are making much more than me every month.

@thelme55 Any hubs that have been moved to vertical sites - you are able to view the original hub and the hub with the changes. This way you can see what has been snipped/removed.

Its great! I signed up on hubpages a week ago but a lot of formalities during profile completion period made me to stay dormant. Well hows the earning scope at hubpages?

So, are you saying that you got paid before that just four months ago/ I was going to ask how many hubs you have, but you answered that question for me. I have about nine or so that are featured, and one that got put on one of their niche sites. I don't think I've written anything new since staring at bubblews, yet I still get passive income from there too which is great.

Yes, I was paid before. I am paid twice or trice a year. I know it is not much but as a passive income it is good. I just keep on updating my articles there whenever they are not featured. Gladfully, they are all featured. Have a nice day @MarshaMusselman

I have not tried it, but some of our friends back from the B encouraged me to write there. Just update me when things are going so smoothly there. How much do they pay per hub?
