My realtor took me to look at some condo apartments for sale in a new building not far from where I live. It was built in 2025. It’s close to the train and there is a bus nearby as well. Also the library and a grocery store....

Lena Kovadlo They do. Also, so do people that don’t sit properly or people that are very tall. Like you can have the best seat seats in the theater, but if somebody in front of you is super tall, you won’t be able to see.

Lena Kovadlo It’s very disappointing because I’ve been wanting to see this musical for a long time now; and now that I finally got tickets to it, I couldn’t enjoy it as much because it was hard to see what was happening on the stage.

Lena Kovadlo Very. There is another apartment the realtor found for me to look at but the HOA is $900 a month. And I did not see any information on property tax. Also, the building is very old, which is probably not a good idea.

Lena Kovadlo I remember I saw a musical once where my seats were actually good, but the person in front of me was very tall, and that created an obstructed view. And the seats were not cheap which was very frustrating.
