Got up< got my shower and am heading off to visit with my mom for about an hour or so before she has lunch. She's in an assisted living facility just outside of town. I also need to do a bit of shopping later at work to pick up the drinks and meds needed to prepare for the procedure that we'd rather not have.
See you all around later. I'm trying to be here more since it's the end of the month and it seems like everyone is doing their best to up their amounts for payout. I work midnight, so have a bit more time than normal

Thanks, Julia. I'll be heading out shortly to get a few things at the store and then back again afterward to hang with folks for a bit before trying to nap again before work later tonight.

@MarshaMusselman I admire those like yourself that can turn everything off and sleep on command so that you can stay awake to work thru the night. My husband used to be able to do that when he had to and it always amazed me, but of course I don't fall asleep easily.

@Juliaacv It doesn't always work that easily, in fact, I've had a few times when I just lay there resting rather than sleeping, but I FIGURE that's still benefitting me to some degree. Otherwise, I'D get up.

This place we have Mom in is great. i was only shy sixty cents or so last month so will be fine this month, but am still working toward doubling what I started with. it'll be good whatever works out thouGH. I saw your post and pictures. Once you're moved in it would be good to see some more with the furniture if your'e interested in providing some.

the end of the month isn't the best time for me it looks like for whatever reason. I'm pushing to do something here or more here than normal, but I'm not getting everything else that was on my list done either. It's a dreary day here in Michigan, and all I want to do right now is sleep.

I did have a nice visit with her, but she mostly napped, so I took the opportunity to work on a puzzle they just put out. Then we did a small amount of walking and I left once lunch began.

Actually, Monday is the first of the next month. Only today and tomorrow counts for this current payout.
