Good afternoon, while waking up from my nap.Ms.Ruby our dog was sort of playing around and touch my funny bone.wow,It has been some time in hearing this. Why did I say that?just came out.I remember this saying way back in the sixties.People do say this. You tickle my funny bone.I do remember Drake funny bone cake or.So here what they say.Ever hit your funny bone? ______________________________________________________________ I went online to check this out.The information that I got. This believe me that I did not know. Have you ever heard about this? A tap to the right spot behind the elbow, the so-called funny bone, can cause pain and tingling sensations to shoot down your forearm. People often describe this sensation as an 'electric shock-like' pain typical of an irritated nerve. Usually this is a sharp jolt to the elbow that quickly resolves, but it can also cause more persistent symptoms in some people. photo is public domaine

I certainly know that saying. My son had to have surgery on his arm. Now he has a funny inside the elbow!

The person who named it the funny bone must have a weird sense of humour! Ouchy.

Yes, the funny bone isn't really funny at all. I have hit is a certain way and it is quite painful.

I used to get banged on the funny bone. It felt weird. But for some reason, it hasn't happened in years. I remember the expression too.
