am a Nigerian please can someone tell me on how to REGISTER pay pal account. And funding.

I am guessing there is no option for nigeria in paypal. there is payza though.

@skysnap it's paypal only here. nigeria appears to have paypal BUT I'm not sure they can receive payment. He'd have to check into that.

Yes, and he must not forget to enter his Pp email on this site after doing so otherwise he won't be able to get his payment

You can go to paypal and sign up for an account since Nigeria is a PP supported country
