I generally don't mention other sites I earn gift cards or money on but to my surprise the one I thought would hang around longer has folded. Have you heard of Chatabout? Well, yesterday I logged in and did my due diligence which is usually after I've spend some time here, so imagine my surprise when I attempted to log in little bit ago only to get a message that it no longer exists. Another one bit the dust ..... seems the web is feeling the crunch of the economy.

They’ve been smarter than Bubblews, the owner wasn’t into himself quite like Arvind was so who he was is a mystery to me.

It hasn't been around that long and I think it was based out of Australia, not really sure. They were always very prompt with paying though. So many earning sites like Bubblews and Gather now Chatabout have folded.

I'm sorry for everyone that was there. I have heard about chatabout and went there in the beginning for a little while but lost interest quickly. I hope they didn't owe you any money.

Me too, especially those who really got into it .... I didn't sign in everyday but I did check on it about once a week, I was just over the half way yesterday. It wasn’t a favorite site but when Mylot acts up and slows me down so much that I can’t type anything in comments I’d go there.

I dabbled a couple times at Chatabout but never really got into it. Was feeling the burn from Bubblews at the time.

Yeah, but after a while it became boring to me too but I did that daily poll and the path mostly in hopes for another payout.

I am on chatabout also or was. I tried to access yesterday and got a white screen. This continued to happen today. I never got a message telling me that the site no longer existed but I feared that that was the situation and that is why I have turned to MyLot. I figured I would find out here what happened.
