Insurance company and lawyers are nuts some times

Here why I say this as you know I need a commissary to open my food cart and my friends who own a restaurant there insurance company or lawyers told them not to do it Because the insurance company are afraid that the restaurant can get sue for food poison. This is how I see it say some customer of the hot dog stand does sue the restaurant. The judge is going to ask a question that either yes or no The question is did the restaurant cook that hot dog? The answer will be no. Most likely the judge will Demi's the case and tell the customer to sue the hot dog vendor. And I can tell you when I do get my food cart open every thing Will be cook to proper temperature. So no one will get sick from my food. This is why I say insurance company. Are nuts.
