Husband and I always go to see dentist for a cleaning every year. My dentist always praised me that I do not have or have a minimal plaque build-up. Maybe flossing reduces that. My husband like the regular floss. You know, the traditional floss we are using since we are a kid.. hehe.. But for me, I like the floss pick. Hehehe, That is more convenient for me. That is why, if you will go to our bathroom. you can see there this two kinds of floss. Haw about you? what do you prefer? Photo: My Floss Picks.

I use both and a ultrasonic electric toothbrush. I go twice a year to clean my tooth, my husband 4 times and no matter how much he floss he always has plaque. There is nothing he can do, it's the kind of saliva that build-up the plaque. He washes and floss three times a day, but he needs professional cleaning 4 times a year.

@wiLLmaH I don't know. I just know that the floss in the floss picks are short so I'm not that comfortable with that. And I don't use the tooth pick part. Dentist said it's not too good for the gums and might damage it.

I prefer to use the floss picks when I do floss, but it doesn't matter which kind I use I can never seem to get the back half of my teeth. Flossing becomes very annoying and irritating very fast for me.

I've never seen those floss picks, I just use the traditional method. I'm going to look out for those picks as it looks as if they may be easier to use.
