Walking as Physical Exercise

A doctor friend of mine says, “Walking is the king of physical exercise.” Some may not agree with the statement but surely it’s one of the best of workouts. For those who live in the countryside a morning walk can be a joyful experience as well. You can hear sweet bird songs. The fresh air refreshes you. You are as if recharged with energy for the day. I agree with this.Walking not just keeps us fresh and recharge it makes us feel at peace and helps to relieve all the heaviness due to workload.

Yes, really true. I love walking in the morning and in the afternoon. Walking is really the best exercise for me.

Walking is outstanding exercise that works most of your body. Doctors always advise walking is good.

Absolutely its a total body and mind workout....All your senses are being exercised outdoors
