Sometimes when we are starting to feel at our lowest we need to remember the importance of hanging in there. If not for yourself than for those around you.
We don't always realize how our actions and feelings effect the ones who love us. Next time you are feeling depressed and blue think about how you feel when a loved one acts that way.
A positive mental attitude is one of those things that makes things seem not quite so bad and makes all things seem possible.
I will leave you with one of my personal favorite quotes about being positive. I hope you like it.
"A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, and it sparks extraordinary results." Wade Boggs

One of the things I dislike is taking out frustration on our loved ones. So unfair, but so normal too. A positive attitude is a great thing. I am forever working on have a better one. Depression tends to make a person negative and grumpy.

@celticeagle I feel the same way. I try always to remember that there are others that have it worse than I do. Positive thinking is the way to go.

@celticeagle I learned how to meditate years ago when I was in college. My Disorganized Personality Psychology professor taught us.
