Another bag of hand-me-down

We just got another bag of hand-me-down for my little baby yesterday. Good that we got the clothes now, as many of them are for newborn babies, and glad that they still fit my baby now.
My children and I were happy checking out those clothes. There are also some mittens and booties, and all of them are in good condition. Some clothes even look new.
I am thinking whom I should hand these clothes to, as my baby will be outgrown the newborn clothes very soon. I have three neighbors who are going to give birth a few months later, so I will check with them soon.
Do you mind getting hand-me-down? Do you also give away your old clothes?

I often got hand me downs from friends when my children were small. I did give all their clothes away after they out grew them. My last child's clothes and toys went to a women's center - where battered women and their children were kept safe. It felt good to help out.

I would not mind at all my friend in fact that is what I had for my son when he was small.
It is wonderful you have gotten these clothes now for your baby and will be able to pass on to needy others.

Hi @kaka135 ! I don't mind hand me downs... Recently, I myself was a recipient. I got some of them from my cousin from the US. They still look good and is not worn out so I picked them from the pile they have sent us. I, too, give my old clothes to other family members. I just choose which ones they can still use however I don't give out clothes that are faded or already worn out. I use them for day to day home clothes, instead

I loved it when I got hand me down clothes for all of my kids. Especially new borns.

Babies outgrow clothing so quickly it is a waste to spend too much money on new clothing. It is also nice to have a few new pieces that you pick out yourself that you can keep forever
