I feel like rescue animals really do because the best pets. They have a story, and they learn to grow from that fear and trauma that they had to go through. He is such a cutie. My step mom rescued a chihuahua from a very abusive family, she is such an angel, does not like my dad though...but that just meant I got to cuddle her more, haha!

I am so glad that you rescued him. I don't understand how people can hurt dogs or any animals for that matter. They are all innocent. Charlie is a good name for this little guy and he looks like he is a very lovable dog.
