There are app-enabled trackers like the Trackr and Tile that can help you find things. I'm probably going to buy a set soon, since losing my keys has become a constant thing.

That is a solution I have not thought of. Perhaps a swagbucks search would get me some points as well as finding some of the missing stuff.

I can't get on to swagbucks using my old account and can't get them to respond to me either. I guess I will have to open a new account.

I really wish sometimes i could do this just with my cell phone. That is the one thing i misplace around my house everyday. I go around like i know i was in this room is it in here or maybe i put it in the bathroom when i took a shower. NOPE never can get find that thing when i get home from work, and i always have it on silent because i hate hearing it. I have three other phones anyways for work. I just need my personal phone because i use apps to get giftcards and money into my paypal account.

You should be able to make it ring online with Find My iPhone or the Android Device Manager even if it's on silent mode.
