Good Friday morning/afternoon/evening to everyone. My brother came home yesterday afternoon and both of the dogs as well as myself were so excited to have him home again. He was exhausted from having meetings during the day and events to go to at night. But, he did have a good time. After dinner, he fell asleep on the couch while we were watching TV. It seemed like as soon as his head hit the pillow, he was gone. He would wake up for a minute and the next thing I knew, he was asleep again. We finally went to bed around 10pm. I am still waiting on financial aid. I received an email yesterday that contained two forms they need from me. I have to print, complete, scan and email to them. The problem is, I can't find the cord to my printer. I know they are in one of the many boxes I have in my closet so I am going to have to go through them today. I need to get this taken care of as soon as possible. I don't have much time until the 22nd. I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday. For those of you who are living with this awful hot and humid weather, I hope you stay safe and cool inside or at least limit your time outside.

Yes, it's for school. I am going to take online courses for a bachelor degree. It all depends on the financial aid.

He was so tired and he's still tired today. It takes a while for the body to adjust, especially as we get older. I did find the cord and everything has been emailed.

@simone10 that flyin' kicks ones backside, so's i'm told, if'n ya aint a frequent plane hopper anyhow. gotta stay well hydrated they say?? search me, i'm a ground traveler, lol. that's great news, ms. sharon! i hope ya hear from 'em soon :D

thank you . I also hope you fair well with the humidity. it is getting the best of me but oh well. lol. I hope you find that cord very soon. I know it drove me nuts not getting my big computer hooked up. finally I have it

I did finally find the cord and was able to email the forms. Now I just play a waiting game.

I am glad that your brother had a nice time. I hope you can find the cables of your printer. I know that, after a move, it's hard to find everything put in the boxes. Good luck.

Since we only have two bedrooms now, I had to put all of my office boxes away in our closet. I just hated to have to go through them all but I was lucky and found the cord fairly easily.

Those darn cord can be hard to find sometimes. I had to go through several boxes before I found it which wasn't too bad. I was thinking it was going to be in the last box I looked in.

I need to print some things as well but when I hooked up my new computer a few months ago I am not sure if my old printer will work with my new computer.

Maybe there are some drivers you can update online to make it compatible. If not, printers don't cost too much anymore. I think mine was a little under $40 and it's a Cannon.

I do hope you get the finical aid. They want people to have free college but they make you wait and nothing is free. Anyway, I do all hope it works out and glad you were able to see the brother.Because does all that business compare to him. Only if they make it and that is a shame.

He was just exhausted. He is still tired today. I guess it just takes time for the body to adjust. I was able to find the cord and get the forms emailed.

Only another 10 days until your deadline date of the 22nd, good luck finishing. I checked the outdoor temperature here and it was 77F before 7am here-ugh!

I know...the deadline is coming up fast. I was able to find the cord and email the forms to the financial aid department. Now I just have to wait.

I hope you get your financial aid sorted out - I don't even have a printer. I go to the library and use theirs, unless my daughter's around, then she does it. The weather here is lovely at the moment, just right.
