When You See This Post. Please "SMILE"

Do you know that brain releases endorphin (happy chemical) when we smile? Yes! Even without a reason! When our muscles on our faces smiles, it triggers are brain to produce an endorphin. I have tried it for myself, every morning, on my train ride, I close my eyes and smiles and no one can hit me with their negativity for the whole day. I smile, even I am talking on the phone. Hmmm, maybe that is why my clients call me 'dear Wilma'. haha! So while responding to this post. Please smile and keep your brains filled with happy endorphin.

@ilocosboy When someone frowned back at me, my friend told me to stop smiling to other people. Now I am the 'snobbish' wilma. Gosh! People! When you smile, they frown, when I do not smile, I am a snob! Oh people! hahha!

I feel when people smile, even if I am not looking at their face. I love to smile, it's much better than being grumpy and I believe that our face is more cute when we smile.

Sometimes it's apparent when someone is smiling even if they are on the phone.

One of my former boss asked me, "Why you are always happy answering my call?" And I told her, not everybody receives a phone call even on their loved ones.. hehehe... Then she laughed hard..

Yes, when we smile and especially when we smile to others, they smile back at you and it's contagious. Even, when I wake up early in the morning, I said good morning Lord for another day of extension of my life, I smile.

Thanks for this post Wilma I have been smiling for the whole day. Oh, I would just like to ask a question since you are in Singapore. My boyfriend took a photo of a place in Singapore but I do not know its name. Perhaps you could help me.

I try that to laugh for no reason. Works well when you're in a group to just keep laughing... it's different when you're alone with others to see. Hehehe
