I have a huge project to get finished - assisting the school with products and preparation for PAINTED quilting so while I am at the sewing machine I am watching some of the Olympic highlights. Hock I dont think I will be able to catch-up on everyone's posts in one day, so be patient as I get to each one of you that left a calling card - in time! Its good to be back . . . Did you know that a stamp holds a worth?

We took two relaxing days. The 15th of August is a holiday and this year being on Monday we had a longer weekend. I needed a long weekend.

@Inlemay We installed a car cam today and it is incredibly amusing to come back home and watch the video of where you drove. I will keep some frames, but not all the videos.

Why are you confused @ChesneyM ?? " most stamps and stamp collections are worth little to nothing. That being said, there are rare stamps out there worth millions just waiting to be found !"

I am looking forward to the pupils all receiving their piece of material canvas to paint and then I shall combine their efforts of "save the earth" to make quilts - we might make six queen size quilts to auction off

what a beautiful stamp! yepperz, i knew they'd a worth. wish i'd been able to keep hold 'f my stamp collection from my youth... love the quote, such 'tis true, though some claim otherwise. ya got my interest perked with the painted quiltin', so yer gonna need to do a show'n tell, lol.
