This is a time of festival in india,people are busy in celebrating Rakasha Bandan.Actually it is a festival of brothers and sisters,where sisters tie a thread(sacred thread) in their brother's wrists and brothers do promise to take care of her by doing all his duties and responsibilities towad her.It is a bonding between brother and sister of love,care and understanding.
