Woke about 2p. Had gotten to sleep about 6a. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Finally I started getting some cool breezes coming in and was able to relax and go to sleep. The smoke is terrible today. I woke up with a sore throat, headache and my eyes are running. Ugh! Watched a couple Anne Baxter movies during the night. First one was The Razor's Edge with Tyrone Power and Clifton Webb, Gene Tierney, John Payne, Elsa Lanchester and Herbert Marshall. She played a little mouse of a character who becomes a alcoholic and is murdered. Then I watched The Blue Gardenia and she was a telephone operator who thinks she may have killed a man but can't remember. This one had Anne Southern, George Reeves and Raymond Burr in it. Nat King Cole sings the theme song. Both really good old movies. Cami commented on how good Josh has been. He did have a problem with personal hygiene. During the summer he has gotten so much better about this. He is putting deodorant on himself without being reminded. Before he refused. What a difference a summer makes. I got another phone call a couple days ago from the 213 area(isn't that LA?) with a recording saying one of us in the household is being sued by the IRS. Sure get tired of that one. It's nearly 3a on Friday and I am listening to Rachel Maddow on MSNBC. She just talked to the guy in the know about the political electoral college ratings. Here is a link to that map:
