Vin and I are now members of a very exclusive club and no, it's not my 'thick club' that I thought about starting. When we paid to go into the National Park at Kalbarri in Western Australia, we asked was there a discount for seniors. We were given a small reduction and were about to drive on our way when the elderly attendant shouted at us to wait and came running out with the card as shown in the photo.
So we are now members of the 'Old Farts' club. The writing on the back says 'This card entitles the holder to be spoken to with respect and kindness. And be forgiven for being grumpy occasionally. Then to be given any discounts available with a cheerful smile'. We feel very honoured to be part of this exclusive group.

@Juliaacv I think the first time we got a discount - on a short ferry ride - it wouldn't have bought an ice-cream but we were over the moon! There was a small group of us and we all got 50c off our ticket. It was really funny how excited we got.

what a fun way to treat this matter... congrats on joining the seniors club... and you may need it ..coz from your profile photo... you don't look like you need a seniors card ... lols
