my sister. She started shaving her upper lip and now has to shave it just like a man does. I thought I was dumb doing the eyelash thing but she has to live with it every day. She said she has to shave every day to keep her face looking ok. I asked her why she didn't use hair removal.

oh no...i wonder if the hair is thicker than before. Few months ago, i also had my upper lip hair removed by threading. It is better than shaving

I think some hair removal products are not suitable for facial use. I know a relative of mine used it and she got rashes on her upper lip after that.

I have heard that also. I should ask Wanda why she didn't use the cream. Maybe she tried it before and the same thing happened to her.

Is hair removal painful ? How many days before it grows back again ?

I use the cream and it doesn't hurt at all. I never paid any attention to how long it takes to grow back.

@velvet53 Oh i see . Is hair removal also good for removing the hair on the armpits ? My daughter has hairs on her armpits and plucking them and shaving them sometimes made it dark .

Probably because it hurts? I don't need to shave my lip, thank goodness. I know a few women who do.

I would think a depilatory cream would be better.

Some ladies do that. But, how can they shave upper lip?. Better she uses some cream meant for that or consult a doctor.
