Mike, the MyLotter Says (I meant Mike, the Mill Otter Says...) "Me write stuff?" asked Mike "You must be kidding. I am a mill otter. I swim around all day, catch a fish or two when I get hungry, and I sure enough do not have the time to be messing around with writing stuff." "Particularly not writing stuff about getting out of bed (I don't use beds...), or what I wanted for breakfast (I only eat fish and clams...), or what my girlfriend otter did to tick me off yesterday (Or any day when you think about it...), or how long it is going to take for me to earn five bucks around here (once a month to make a big haul like five bucks...)" "So, kindly bug off and let me float around my mill pond in peace. You know exactly where you can take that 'writing stuff' nonsense." "You do your writing stuff and I will do my mill pond floating stuff, OK?" * * * * * * * * * * Image source: Pixabay dot com (Mill Otter Heaven) * * * * * * * * * *

Have you seen the photos of these little chaps sleeping but holding hands so they don't drift off and get lost? So cute.

@JudyEv - Ms Judy - I did not see the actual photograph of those critters doing the hand-holding thing, but I can see it in my imagination. Two of them need to have their fingernails trimmed.

@Ceerios If you search for them on Wikimedia I feel sure you'd come across it.

A little pond floating sounds nice about now. On my kayak that is.

@sueznewz2 - Ms Susan - That just goes to prove that great minds think alike, particularly when it comes to floating, right? -Gus-

@sueznewz2 - Ms Susan - I have heard it said that "Floating in the Mediterranean Ocean just beats the daylights out of drowning in it." Although I am unsure if that is truly a fact, I have not been disposed to test the truth of it. Maybe you could clue me in on the deal?

Those who can, do. Those who can't... Well, I think you've explained it very well!

@pgntwo - Friend PGN - I think that maybe you went "easy on me" this time, for which I have the requisite quantity of gratitude - ordinarily hidden, that is.

@responsiveme - Friend ARM - Mike is a Mill Otter, similar indeed to most MyLotters. He is a complete, floating non-intellectual. -Gus-
