Hello everyone! Greetings from the warm and humid Jersey Shore. It is currently 74 degrees F and is supposed to get up to almost 90 today. Typical August day here.
It is Friday and my day to do the weekly grocery shopping. I'm planning to get the ingredients to make a lovely cheesy lasagna because the diet I'm going on in a couple of weeks does not allow cheese. I'm going to enjoy it while I still can!
Aside from the grocery shopping, there really isn't anything on the agenda other than relaxing and hanging out with the cat crew. Maybe I'll pick some mint and make some mojitos this afternoon. That sounds like a lovely idea.

Yum, lasagna! I haven't eaten any for months, probably because the weather is too hot.
I don't like lasagna that much but I kind of miss it. 
Grocery shopping is supposed to happen tomorrow here, I will just relax and spend some time here.

@prabir123 you can make it with whatever you want. I've never made it with chicken bc I use beef.

Up with my 1 yr old an gotta wake my 3 yr old in less than hr to get ready for school. Reading posts an commenting when I feel I can b part of the discussion lol, suppose to b warm here in Arkansas to, hopefully we can swim in our pool today, last 2 days the chemicals been to high to get in

We have a Stouffer's lasagna in our freezer, lol. I need you to come here and be our cook. I think of cooking as a chore, and I can tell you enjoy it and like to change it up. You enjoy your cheese and your entire day! I have some important calls to make today, but other than that I'll just be myLotting, maybe playing a game with my mama if we can fit it in.

We are helping a friend move today, so I have been wrapping up and boxing dishes in between interacting here. Other than that and trying to figure out the ins and outs of my new phone, there isn't much excitement here.
