Have you come across weird ads online or those that freaked you out?

During the days of Bubblews I've come across weird ads and ads that freaked me out. One day while browsing on the site I noticed a big cockroach crawling around the right side of my laptop screen. It freaked me out as I hate roaches. My first instinct was to take my slipper and bang it against the computer screen. And I was about to do just that when I realized it was only a banner ad for an iPad2. So, what was the roach doing in the ad for an iPad2? Well, the ad also had a shoe in it and there was some text in the ad giving instructions to whoever saw the ad to smash the roach with that shoe (using a computer mouse). If he/she was successful he/she would have a chance to win an iPad2. Given the fact that I hate roaches I should have given this a try. I'd certainly get satisfaction from smashing the roach (though only a virtual one), but I couldn't stand looking at it running around anymore, so I closed the page. I didn't want an iPad2 anyway. Have any of you ever come across any weird ads or ads that freaked you out?
