I went for post natal check up today, and the doctor told me everything is fine. It's good to hear that I am okay now, especially I had the c-section surgery. The wound is okay, the womb and everything else are good too. I did the pap smear test too. My only problem is I have gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy, and I am still overweight now. I used to slim down quite quickly even without doing any exercises with my first two childbirth. Doctor said, I have to do more exercises in order to get rid of my big tummy. It's time to do more exercise!

maybe because you're older now and your metabolism is slower? it's only 3 months and you had a c-section so maybe it's better not to pressure yourself to much?

Yes, I think that too - older now. I am not really pressuring myself, but just found the difference as compared to the last two childbirth. I had c-sections for all three. Though I was not always fit and healthy, I have not been so overweight before. I am just not used to it.

I am sure that once things have settled down and healed your body will start going tback to normal. Congratulations by the way on the baby.

Thanks. I am not sure if my weight and body size will if I do not exercise. Anyway, I will still need to exercise, as I always want to encourage my children to exercise too, and I want to keep myself healthy, so I don't fall sick easily.

Good to hear you're doing great. I was so young when I had my kids. . .I didn't have issues getting skinny again. My metabolism was like that anyway. THEN lol. Post menopause I'm .. .well. .fluffy around the middle. When I had my daughter, I was only 19, got back in my regular clothes pretty fast, maybe a month. With my son, I was 24, and the doctor gave me diuretics and wow, I was only 14 pounds past my regular weight and nine pounds of that was my son. I'm sure you'll do fine. You just have to chair exercise while you're at myLot LOL

I'm glad your check up went okay. It can be hard to lose weight after having a child. Good luck with your efforts.

Thanks. Yes, I have heard many people saying that. I won't push myself too hard, but need to exercise also to keep myself healthy. It can be quite suffering to take care of the children while I am sick.

I always think the best way to lose weight is to exercise, though I agree with having healthy diet as well. I think my diet is quite healthy, and I don't eat too much. So what I can do is just to exercise more.

At least everything else is fine, and all you need to do is do a little more exercise. It could be a lot worse.

Congratulations for having a new baby. Don't worry, you will still reduce your weight. Having a baby is not only fun.
