There are few questions that are all in the form. The interview doesn't last for 5 minutes but the consulates typing after all his questions were answered seems eternity. OMG! These words! These Magic words! "Your Visas Have Been Approved". Glory be to the ALMIGHTY! Woooohooooo! I can't contain the feeling. Sorry! Happy pay day guys! See you soon sister-in-law! See you soon Chicago!

@jaboUK That is the main reason why we are going in there. The truth is, we promised her to visit her this year, but she lost her first baby early this year, that is why we do not pursue the first plan.

@hereandthere my mother's friend went for interview too in Manila. My friend filed online application, for example today, paid for appointment on the same day, after 3 hours payment reflected on the embassy's system. She got the appointment 5 days after the she filed the docs. After 3 business days, her mom received the passport with visa. :) just as the same as here in Singapore. :)

We filed online Aug.22, on the following day our bank transfer reflected for payment of the visa fee and saw that there is available slot for interview on 25th but we opted to choose the interview by Aug31.

I was so shocked too when we applied for it. Haha! When my sister-in-law announced her pregnancy, we immediately jumped to apply for it! It is so obvious that we where too much excited for her first baby :)
